Multipower

Paneltim Multipower panels are the strongest and most robust panels in the Paneltim assortment.

Lightweight

Paneltim Lightweight panels have a light own weight, while still scoring well on rigidity and bending properties.

NEW: Ultralight

Paneltim Ultralight panels are the lightest of our product range due to the 100 mm x 100 mm cells (2.0" x 2.0"), but they remain strong enough for a whole range of applications.

Antislip

Paneltim antislip panels can bear heavy loads and are suitable for use in many applications.

Venti

Paneltim venti panels with their typical vertical slots are strong and have many applications.

Paneltim® TriPower panels have been designed with our US partners in mind.

Optimal hygiene

The internal cell structure ensures that Paneltim plastic panels are always closed all around, even when cutting to size, avoiding ingression of dirt or moisture into the panels. The panels can be cleaned fast and easily.

Easy processing

Standard Paneltim plastic panels can be processed to any desired dimension, using butt welding, extrusion or hot air welding. The panels can be processed easily, using regular hand tools: sawing, drilling, screwing, etc

Fast mounting

Durable

Plastic maintains its elasticity throughout the years. Paneltim plastic panels are shock proof and have a strong resistance to dynamic shocks. The panels do not discolor, not even in contact with amonia.

Insulation

Paneltim plastic panels have a good insulation value thanks to the low thermal conductivity properties of plastic and because of the hermetically enclosed air into the cells.

Ecological

Paneltim plastic panels are 100% recyclable and keep their raw material value. The panels are free from toxic substances and are complying to EU regulation 2011/65/EU.

Fire class

According to EN SO 11925-2 Paneltim plastic panels have fire class E. On request, fire retarding ingredients can be added to improve fire behavior.

Paneltim plastic panels with internal cell structure of 50 mm x 50 mm (2" x 2") are extremely strong and therefor ideal for larger constructions.

100 mm x 50 mm (4" x 2")

Paneltim plastic panels with internal cell structure 100 mm x 50 mm (4" x 2") are stiff and strong in both the length and the width.
