Paneltim plastic panels in packaging & logistical applications

Paneltim panels in polypropylene copolymer (PP copo) and polyethylene (HDPE) are lighter and stronger than most plastic constsruction panels. They are an excellent solution for producing pallets, flight cases, transport boxes, storage containers, etc , with typical light-strong-hygienic properties.

The panels are very resistant to dynamic loads, are resistant against most chemicals, easy to weld to different sizes and dimensions, and 100% recyclable. Packaging solutions made out of Paneltim panels are therefore fast and easy to clean, with minimal water usage.

Paneltim containers and boxes

Paneltim panels can be produced in different sizes and dimensions, making them an excellent solution to manufacture boxes for storage or transport of solid parts or pieces. The panels are closed all around and easy to clean, providing optimal hygiene. And finally these boxes are very durable.

Paneltim panels in prime polypropylene or polyethylene can be welded together with other PP or PE elements, such as solid plastic sheets, tubes, etc.

Making Paneltim panels to measure is very well possible, and also combined panels are possible.

Adding of additives can offer additional possibilities:
