Technical area with Paneltim panels

Paneltim panels in polypropylene copolymer (PP copo) or polyethylene (PE) are lighter and stronger than most other construction panels out of plastic. They offer excellent solutions for technical rooms, electricity housing, filters, pump houses, etc.

Light and strong

Paneltim panels - using an internal structure with 50 mm x 50 mm or 100 mm x 50 mm - are stronger than other plastic construction panels of similar weight. This internal cell structure makes the panels rigid while keeping them light at the same time. As a result Paneltim are impact resistant and strong, guaranteeing excellent mechanical and chemical properties for various applications.

Easy cleaning

The panels are closed all around, allowing for easy and fast cleaning of the shelves with minimum water usage. The surface dries off easily.

Paneltim walls

Using Paneltim panels, freestanding modules can be welded together, removing the need to fix to the ceiling or to other walls.

Shelves

Shelves out of polypropylene or polyethylene are light weight yet very strong, thanks to their interla 100 mm x 50 mm or 50 mm x 50 mm cell structure. They maintain their shape, even when bearing loads and providing sufficient support.

Doors and windows

With simple and regular sawing techniques, introducing doors and windows into technical rooms made of Paneltim panels is straightforward.

Advice and support

• Paneltim strongly recommends to avoid dark colors for outside use.
• Paneltim strongly recommends prime material for structural applications.
• Technical datasheets are only available for panels in prime material.
