Paneltim plastic panels for furniture
Paneltim panels from polypropylene (PP copo) or polyethylene (PEHD) have an internal sandwich structure with cells of 50 x 100 mm or 50 x 50 mm, making them light - lighter than most other plastic construction panels - yet very firm and strong. They can offer creative and very light solutions to inside and outside applications: chairs, tables, garden furniture, cupboards, shelves, etc.
The panels are very resistant to dynamic loads, are resistant against most chemicals, easy to weld to different sizes and dimensions and are 100% recyclable.
The resulting furniture or furniture applications are easy and fast to clean, with minimal water.
Easy processing and fast mounting
Paneltim panels are easy to process using regular hand tools, like sawing, drilling, screwing, milling and welding. The internal cell structure of the Paneltim panels makes them light yet rigid and strong. They can be welded together to different sizes. And because of their light weight, Paneltim panels are surprisingly easy to manipulate, even at large dimensions.
Outside use
Adding UV stabilizer (mid European or worldwide UV depending on requirement) for outside use is possible.
Advice and support
• Paneltim strongly recommends to avoid dark colors for outside use.
• Paneltim strongly recommends prime material for structural applications.
• Technical datasheets are only available for panels in prime material.
