Paneltim® panels are easy to weld using a wire welding machine and PP wire.  Have a look how easy it is to make a jointless wall without silicone.

By welding the separate panels together, the walls and doors result in a free -standing building block, which does not need to be fixed to the ceiling, nor to existing walls.

Have a look at this wonderful reference of wall furnishing in the Netherlands, made with 27mm thick Paneltim® panels.

These 27mm panels are smooth on one side and have an open rib structure on the other side.  The wall furnishing is installed with an adapted range of assembly profiles of Paneltim®.
